I think that Graffiti is art and should be totally celebrated.It is not vandalism and the artists should not be punished. Some people say that it is not art because it is damaging property. I dont think it damges the property but adds an edge to the building.Graffiti signifies people`s pride of their neighborhoods and it is also their culture. when people go to a neighborhood filled with grateful they instinctly assume that it is a bad neighborhood but most graffiti`s have a message.
